We ran a live Recurring Revenue Roadmap workshop in Melbourne last Wednesday and helped over 45 small business owners start their plan to develop recurring revenue.
I was honoured to have 5 amazing speakers join me in the room to share their success stories and challenges. The speakers were:
- Nathan Chan from Foundr Mag
- Dan Norris from WP Curve
- Ed Dale from The Challenge and Magcast
- David Jenyns from Melbourne Video Productions, and
- Gary Tramer from LeadChat.

The feedback from the attendees was overwhelmingly positive and the speakers has very good things to say as well.
Just a quick note to say ‘thank you' to you & the gang for yesterday's Recurring Revenue Roadmap workshop. I got a massive amount out of it and it really helped me to clarify my direction going forward. The thing I loved best were the viewpoints and ideas of the guest speakers (and the fact that they are genuine successful entrepreneurs not just hype-experts), the print out of the “blueprint” worksheets to take home and work on later and the interaction with various business people, both those in the same field and, even more so, those in a more varied range of business types. I also really appreciated that it did not devolve into a massive pitch sessions for the real value.

I was blown away by the Recurring Revenue Roadmap Training. The speakers were the level of a huge conference but the intimate setting meant there was plenty of hands-on collaboration. The content was world class.

I've shared some photos of the event below too.
I'd love to hear if you have managed to build Recurring Revenue in your business.
